How do I get a renovation quote?
Use the enquiry form or call us. We assess the work before preparing a quote.
Can I call about an emergency?
Yes. Emergency contact is available 24 hours at (647) 619-6668. If we miss your call, we’ll respond within 24 hours. Onsite availability and any call-out charges are discussed separately.
Do I need a membership to book a renovation?
No. You can request a renovation quote or service call without a membership. Silver and Gold are optional annual home-care plans.
What is included in a membership service visit?
Silver is C$400/year with 2 included service-call visits; Gold is C$600/year with 4. Each visit covers one approved minor repair, not just a telephone conversation. The repair must have an ordinary pre-tax quote below C$500, including standard labour and materials. Permits, specialist charges and unusual materials are excluded unless agreed. Larger work is assessed separately.
How do I arrange my membership?
Contact us to discuss your property and arrange your membership. Send an enquiry for Silver or Gold, or call (647) 619-6668. An enquiry does not confirm membership or book a service visit.
How do membership discounts differ?
Silver offers assessed discounts up to 25%; Gold offers up to 50% on eligible larger repairs. Each is subject to the plan’s remaining annual savings cap. Your quote shows the approved discount, exclusions, and final price before work starts.
Can I book an appointment online?
The form starts a quote enquiry. A visit or service call is confirmed after we discuss your project and agree on an available time. You can also call us.
