Included visits and eligible minor repairs
Each included service-call visit covers one approved minor repair at your property—not just a telephone conversation. Silver includes 2 visits per year; Gold includes 4. Windsor assesses and approves the work first, and arranges an available time with you.
The repair must have an ordinary pre-tax quote strictly below C$500, including ordinary labour and standard materials. The approved repair is covered within your remaining visit allowance. Work at C$500 or above is assessed separately. Extra work, unusual materials, permits and specialist charges are not automatically included and require a separate agreement.
Larger-repair discounts
Discounts are assessed for each eligible job: up to 25% with Silver and up to 50% with Gold. They apply to the approved eligible pre-tax labour and standard-material amount within the remaining annual savings cap. The written quote confirms eligible work, exclusions, the discount and the final price before you agree.
Service scope and exclusions
- Benefits apply to one registered residential property after Windsor confirms the membership and its agreed start date. New and existing clients may enquire after assessment.
- Silver covers eligible routine interior repairs. Gold retains broader eligible repair services, priority within the available schedule and one annual maintenance review, with its scope agreed when arranging membership.
- Permit fees, specialist or subcontractor charges, specialized equipment, unusual materials and third-party charges are excluded unless expressly agreed.
- Active leaks, flooding, mold, structural, roof, electrical and major restoration work require separate assessment. Listing a service does not include every job in a membership.
- Condo, commercial and multiple-property requests are individually considered. Known or pre-existing damage must be declared and accepted.
Annual allowances and scheduling
Included visits use the visit count; larger-repair discounts use the separate annual savings cap. They cannot be combined on one job. A larger job cannot be split into minor repairs to bypass the allowance. Unused visits and savings do not roll over, and allowances cannot fall below zero.
These plans do not provide unlimited repairs or guaranteed emergency dispatch. All visits are agreed within availability. Emergency enquiries remain separate from the included visit allowance and any specialist or call-out charges are discussed first.
Arranging and renewing membership
Contact us to discuss your property and arrange your membership. Windsor confirms the scope, annual term, start date, any applicable taxes and agreed extras, and cancellation arrangements before you proceed. Renewal is by arrangement; there is no automatic annual charge. An enquiry alone does not activate benefits, confirm payment or book a service visit.
Windsor records visits and discounts used against the agreed rule version. Later changes do not silently alter an existing agreement.
